Mildred'S Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
2 c. cooked fish, crab or shrimp
1/2 c. chopped red or green pepper
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 large or 3 medium-size eggs or substitute Egg Beaters
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 can mushroom soup or shrimp soup
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Oil or butter bottom of rectangular dish or pan; cut crusts from bread and line bottom of dish with bread slices.
Saute veggies and combine with salad dressing and fish; spoon this mixture over bread slices.
Combine eggs, milk and soup and pour over all.
Chill overnight or 2 to 3 hours; bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Sprinkle cheese over top and melt in oven a few extra minutes.
