Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak, ground
    1 medium minced onion
    2 c. grape jelly
    2 large bottles catsup
    1/2 c. dried parsley
Preparation
    Shape ground round with onion into small meatballs; brown slowly.
    Drain on paper towel; arrange in large freezing dish. Place jelly and catsup in saucepan; heat until melted.
    Add garlic powder and parsley.
    Mix well; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pour over meatballs; cover with foil and freeze.
    Place in 350\u00b0 oven 30 minutes before use.
    Keep foil cover on until heated.
    Place in chafing dish to serve.
    Yields 35 to 40 meatballs.
