Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 3/4 c. milk
4 large egg yolks
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
pinch of nutmeg
baked 9-inch pastry crust
whipped cream or topping
Preparation

Combine sugar with cornstarch and salt in large saucepan. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
Bring to boil, stirring gently, over medium-high heat.
Boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
