Carrot Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. scalded milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 large egg
    2 c. wheat flour
    4 c. white flour
    2 c. grated carrot
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt and margarine with the scalded milk.
    Cool to lukewarm. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add milk to yeast mixture, egg, whole-wheat flour and 1 cup white flour.
    Mix until smooth.
