Cheese Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. instant grits
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, cut fine
    1 egg, beat in cup, add enough milk to make 1/2 c.
Preparation
    Bring water and salt to a boil.
    Add grits, stirring constantly.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Add margarine, cheese, egg and milk mixture to grits.
    Mix well.
