Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4-5 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed (not canned)
1 stick butter
2/3 - 1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Preparation

Mix potatoes, butter, sugar, egg, and raisins and put in greased casserole dish.
