Frosted Cauliflower - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
2 egg whites
salt to taste
Preparation

Steam cauliflower for about 20 minutes or until it is tender but crisp.
Blend mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, mustard and parsley.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in mayonnaise mixture.
Cover cauliflower with sauce and bake about 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until frosting begins to brown.
Can be prepared early in the day except for final baking.
Serves six.
