Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. chopped onions (approximately 5 to 6 large or 12 medium onions)
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 lb. grated Swiss cheese
    saltine crackers
    cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions in 1/2 stick margarine.
    Let cool.
    Add cooked onions to grated Swiss cheese.
    Butter pan and spread crushed saltine crackers on bottom.
    Add onion-cheese mixture and sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until set.
