Jalapeno Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    4 jalapenos, chopped (can add 1 can chopped green chilies)
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook rice; chop peppers and mix with sour cream in top of food processor, then stir in rice, sour cream and pepper mixture with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and spread top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
