Pasta Shells Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
    1 c. part-skim Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 egg white or 1 egg
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    16 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix spinach, cheeses, egg white, Parmesan and nutmeg until blended.
    Fill cooked shells with heaping tablespoonful of spinach mixture.
    Place in 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Spoon spaghetti sauce over shells.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
