Braided Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. dry yeast
3 c. water
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
5 to 6 tsp. salt
5 to 6 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Combine water, yeast and 1 cup flour.
Set aside.
Combine sugar, oil and 2 cups flour along with salt.
Now add to original mixture.
Add remaining flour, 2 to 3 cups, enough to make dough elastic.
Knead.
Place in a greased bowl and turn so all sides are coated with oil.
Cover.
Let rise until double in size. Punch down.
Divide dough in thirds.
