Beef Ball Casserole Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. water
    2 c. tomato puree
    3 Tbsp. flour and water
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. noodles
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients and roll into balls; brown and place in casserole.
    Combine water and tomato puree.
    Thicken with flour and water.
    Add sour cream and pour over balls.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
