Mock Liver Pate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. liverwurst
1 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 tsp. basil
3 Tbsp. minced onion
4 oz. softened cream cheese
chopped parsley or chopped nuts
Preparation

Mash liverwurst with a fork.
Mix in garlic salt, basil and onion.
Flatten bottom after shaping into a ball. Frost ball with cream cheese and sprinkle with parsley or nuts.
It is best to make this the night before so seasonings can blend.
