Corn Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. melted butter or lard
    milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add
    meal,\tflour,\tsalt, baking powder and butter.
    Add enough milk to make a thin batter.
    Pour onto hot griddle and
    flip
    to other side when brown.
    Good with honey, syrup or molasses.
