Nutty Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped pecans
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
3 tsp. chopped sweet pickle
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Add mayonnaise and mustard.
Chill. Serve on lettuce cups.
