Peg'S Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole potatoes
3/4 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 tsp. dried chives
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. margarine
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 egg
Preparation

Bake potatoes. While hot, scoop out into bowl. Add all ingredients to potato. Beat with electric mixer until almost smooth.
Put back into shells (potato skins).
Bake 1/2 hour at 325\u00b0. Sprinkle with paprika before heating.
