Chicken And Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts, cut into smaller pieces or 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up into small pieces
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender; debone.
    Reserve 2 3/4 cups of broth.
    Combine chicken soup with broth; mix well and set aside. Combine stuffing mix and butter; reserve 1/4 cup for garnish. Spoon half of remaining stuffing mixture in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with half of chicken.
    Cover with chicken soup mixture; repeat layers.
    Sprinkle with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
