Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. light brown sugar
3 c. pecans

Preparation

Beat egg white until very stiff.
Add soda and sugar; mix well.
Add pecans and stir until coated.
Spoon 1 puff at a time on a slightly greased cookie sheet and bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until light brown.
Let stand and cool before removing from cookie sheet.
