Orange Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. cake flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    5 egg yolks
    3/4 c. orange juice (rind optional)
    1 c. egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Stir
    together\tflour,\tsugar,\tbaking powder and salt. Make a hole in center and add oil, egg yolks and orange juice. Mix in bowl
    until
    smooth.
    Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and\tsalt until
    stiff
    with mixer.
    Blend top ingredients in with egg whites lightly, using a spatula. I use an angel food cake pan to bake.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Top with
    butter frosting
    with 1 tablespoon orange juice.
    Delicious.
