Eleanore Alborano'S Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 prepared Betty Crocker pie crusts (mix)
    10 McIntosh apples, sliced 1/4-inch thick (they cook up soft)
    nutmeg
    cinnamon
    milk
    9-inch pie plate
    ice cream or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Prepare pie crusts according to box.
    Cut apples.
    Place in pie shell as they are cut.
    Put a packet of Equal and a teaspoon of nutmeg and cinnamon for each layer.
    Continue to layer the rest of the apples and seasoning.
    After sealing the pie, brush the top crust lightly with milk.
    Sprinkle a packet of Equal on the top. Preheat oven. Bake at 375\u00b0 (electric oven for 15 minutes). Bake the pie at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool briefly. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or Cheddar cheese.
