Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    3 sq. melted bitter chocolate
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Measure the first 7 ingredients into a mixing bowl; blend by hand or mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Stir in the baking powder.
    Add the milk, vanilla and eggs.
    Pour into pans greased with Crisco and lined with waxed paper.
    Bake round layers for 25 to 30 minutes, square pans for 30 to 35 minutes and cupcakes for 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
