Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. softened butter
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour (not self-rising)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour tube pan.
    Beat sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, for 30 seconds.
    Beat on high speed, scraping bowl, occasionally, for 5 minutes.
    Beat in flour, baking powder and salt alternately with milk on low speed.
    Pour into pan.
