Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour, sifted
    3/4 c. uncooked oats
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. diced rhubarb
    1 c. sugar (white)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, oats,
    brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Mix until crumbly. Press
    half\tof
    mixture
    into
    9-inch pan. Cover with rhubarb.
    Cook
    white\tsugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla until thickened and
    clear.
    Pour
    over
    rhubarb.
    Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.\tTop with Cool Whip.
