Mexican Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large stewing chicken
    6 cloves garlic (whole)
    4 large onions, quartered
    1 can chicken broth
    4 c. dry white wine, divided
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    1 c. frozen corn
    1 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation
    Place chicken, garlic, onions, broth and 2 cups of wine in large pot on top of stove.
    Bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer.
    Simmer until chicken is falling from bones.
    Remove chicken from pot and pull meat from bones.
