Gram'S Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. sugar for topping
    2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and butter until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Mix until blended.
    Add dry ingredients, mixing with milk alternately. Wash berries and pat dry.
    Sprinkle with a little flour so berries won't sink to bottom of batter.
    Fold in berries.
    Fill paper lined muffin tins 3/4 full.
    Sprinkle sugar on top of muffins.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Makes about 18.
