Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon or 1 lb. imitation crabmeat
    1 2/3 c. half and half milk
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    5 eggs
    pie crust
Preparation
    Beat eggs and half and half until blended.
    Stir in cheese. Crumble bacon on bottom of pie crust or lay crabmeat . Pour egg, milk and cheese mixture over top.
    Mushrooms may be added. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake quiche about 45 to 50 minutes, until pie shell is brown and filling firm.
    Let set up about 10 minutes before slicing.
