Fishman'S Wharf Cioppino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 oz.) can solid white tuna
    1 (10 oz.) can whole clams
    2 large cloves garlic, pressed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
    1 chicken bouillon cube, crumbled
    2 c. dry red wine
    1/3 c. tomato paste
    1 tsp. oregano, crumbled
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen baby shrimp, thawed
Preparation
    Salt green peppers and onions; stir-fry in frypan.
    Put pork and juice in pan or pot.
    Use fresh sauerkraut.
    Cook 2 or 3 white potatoes separately.
    When done, cut in cubes; mix all together. Let simmer about 30 minutes.
    Use other seasonings if you wish.
