Roasted New Potatoes And Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small new potatoes
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Combine all except parsley.
    Toss to coat potatoes.
    Place potatoes in single layer on sheet of heavy-duty foil.
    Fold foil over potatoes and crimp edges to seal.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0 or until done.
    Open foil and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
