Oven Fried Chicken And Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, cut up
    salt and pepper
    1 c. cream of coconut
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    6 medium sized bananas
    2 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    3/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken pieces on all sides with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix cream of coconut and lemon juice.
    Peel bananas and cut each into half crosswise.
    Brush chicken and bananas thickly with cream of coconut mixture and roll in crumbs, pressing firmly to make them adhere.
    Brush a baking pan with some of the butter. Place chicken in single layer in pan and drizzle with half the melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Add bananas and drizzle with remaining butter.
    Bake 15 minutes.
