Vegetable Turkey Pockets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. Ranch dressing
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. cooked turkey breast strips
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1 small tomato, chopped
1 tsp. crushed basil leaves
2 pita breads, cut in half
Preparation

Mix dressings, turkey, cucumber, carrot, tomato and basil. Refrigerate.
Fill bread with turkey mixture.
Makes 4 sandwiches.
