Oven-Fried Zucchini Spears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 medium zucchini, cut into spears
    2 tsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In Ziploc bag, combine oil and water.
    Add zucchini spears and shake to coat.
    Combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic salt, paprika and pepper in a dish.
    Mix well.
    Add zucchini spears and coat with crumb mixture.
    Spray cookie sheet with vegetable spray. Bake at 475\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until tender.
