Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
3 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
2/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. corn
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
2 shallots, chopped
1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation

Blend eggs, milk and butter.
Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Mix corn, onions, garlic, shallots and cheese.
Add flour mixture to corn mixture.
Add egg mixture and stir.
Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Set in pan of water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
