1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Mix together flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, and salt. Stir in milk and oil.
Add nuts.
Pour thick batter into ungreased 9 x 9-inch pan.
