Cheesy Chicken Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chicken broth
2 c. diced, peeled potatoes
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
salt and pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 c. chicken, diced
Preparation

Bring broth to boil.
Add potatoes, carrots, celery, salt and pepper.
Cover; simmer for 15 minutes.
Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour; mix well.
Gradually add milk until slightly thickened. Add cheese; cook until melted.
Add to broth with chicken.
