Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
1 medium onion
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Ro-Tel
1 pkg. Doritos
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Boil and debone chicken.
Cut up and place in bottom of dish. Chop onion and place over chicken.
Dice Velveeta cheese and put half on top of onion.
Crush up Doritos and put half on top of cheese.
Mix together in a bowl, Ro-Tel and soups.
Pour on top of Doritos.
Put the other half of crushed Doritos on top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
