Broccoli Bleu Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 to 1 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled
1 c. milk
1/3 c. Ritz crackers, finely crushed
Preparation

Cook broccoli and drain well.
Meanwhile, blend butter with flour, salt and cheeses in saucepan.
Add milk all at once and cook until thickened.
Stir in broccoli.
Pour into 1-quart casserole and top with cracker crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
