Fried Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides.
    Season with salt and pepper. Cover chops with soup.
    Reduce heat to simmer and continue to cook, covered for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
