Rosie'S Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled (save broth)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. half and half or cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil big enough chicken to get 4 cups chopped chicken.
    Save the broth from boiling.
    Chop onion, celery and carrots.
