Egg-Cheese-Meat Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices stale bread (trimmed and cubed)
    1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 (14 oz.) can drained mushrooms
    4 eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
Preparation
    Place cubed bread in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add cheese. Add layer of sausage.
    Then pour mixture of milk, soup and eggs over sausage.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
