Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lime juice
1 pie shell, baked
whipped topping
green food coloring, if desired
Preparation

Beat egg yolks and 1 white until thick.
Add milk; beat again. Add lime juice (fresh or bottled), beating until thick.
Fold in 3 beaten egg whites; add few drops of coloring (if desired).
Pour into cooked pie shell.
(Graham cracker crust may be used.)
Bake 15 minutes at 250\u00b0 or until set.
Refrigerate.
Serve topped with Cool Whip.
