Spinach Parmesan Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. hot milk
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 c. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
4 egg whites
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored; set aside.
Heat butter; add flour.
Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth and thickened.
Add nutmeg, garlic powder, salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Add 1/3 of hot mixture to egg yolks, stirring constantly, then stir back into remaining hot mixture.
Add cheese and spinach and mix.
Beat egg whites stiff and fold into spinach mixture.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
