Scratchey Dunkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled, boned and cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 can evaporated milk (large)
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 small jar pimentos, drained
12 oz. egg noodles
salt, pepper and garlic powder
bread crumbs
grated cheese
Preparation

Boil the chicken until done; then debone and cube.
Cook noodles in chicken broth and drain.
Brown onion, celery and bell pepper in butter.
Add all together in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top before baking.
May add grated cheese to top about 5 minutes before removing from oven, if desired.
