Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
20 graham crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cream together sugar, egg yolks and cream cheese.
Whip the whipping cream and egg whites.
Fold each in creamed mixture.
Add vanilla and stir.
Put graham cracker crumbs on top and bottom and freeze in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
