Brickle Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 sq. (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. almond brickle pieces
    1/2 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan, cook and stir margarine and unsweetened chocolate over low heat until melted.
    Remove from heat; stir in sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla; beat lightly with a wooden spoon, just until combined.
    (Don't overbeat or brownies will rise too high, then fall.)
    Stir in flour.
