Fish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked, skinned and boned flounder or any whitefish, chilled and flaked
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. diced onions
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. pickled relish
    2 tsp. mayonnaise
    dash of salt and pepper
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except lettuce, in bowl.
    Mix well. Serve on bed of lettuce leaves.
