Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can of milk
    12 slices (1/2 lb.) processed American cheese
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped and drained
    20 tortillas
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 small can green chilies, chopped and drained
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Combine cream of chicken soup, milk and American cheese in saucepan.
    Cover over low heat until cheese melts, stir constantly.
    Add pimentos and green chilies; set aside.
    Soften tortillas in microwave.
    Add Cheddar cheese to cooled beef.
    Fill tortillas with beef mixture.
    Roll to enclose filling.
    Place in a dish.
    Pour cheese mixture over enchiladas. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
