Kai-Tun Hed Hom(Chicken Soup) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pieces chicken thighs
12 dried black mushrooms
3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 to 4 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Boil the chicken for 20 minutes.
Add dried black mushrooms, soaked in warm water (add this water also).
Over a few times, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, garlic and salt.
If you like hot food, put in some more pepper.
