Creamy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans sliced potatoes, drained well
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onions or to taste
2 tsp. melted butter
4 oz. or more shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Layer potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Cook onions in melted butter until soft, but not brown.
Mix in soup and sour cream.
Pour over potatoes and mix to coat potatoes.
Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
