Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. pancake mix or baking mix
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. coconut (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat the eggs.
    Add the pancake/baking mix, sugar and butter. Mix together.
    Add the milk, vanilla, salt and coconut.
    Pour into a well-buttered pie dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 35 minutes or until it is light brown on top and set (firm).
