Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. finely shredded cooked ham or chicken
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
4 c. cold, cooked rice
2 Tbsp. minced green onion
2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 egg, well beaten
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet.
Add meat and brown lightly, stirring frequently. Stir in mushrooms, rice, onion and soy sauce.
Cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add and stir in egg.
Cook 5 minutes longer.
Serve at once.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
